Day 25

This shin length skirt came from Brick lane, the material has little girls and boys on bicycles which gives it an interesting and individual touch. The shirt has been previously worn - the bat-wing '80s one. The shoes were from Primark however the pastel pink colour and open toed style with the small heel give them a slight vintage edge, also complimenting the long skirt to give more height making the skirt appear less swamping.
See you tomorrow!

Day 21

Today I was wearing an Austrian outfit, the Austrian dress was from Portobello Market and the same with the jacket. The hat belonged to my grandfather and is woollen with a Boar's hair badge pinned to the side. The shoes were from Portobello also and were a bargain for 1950's shoes. My bag is a Mulberry limited summer edition and has a fox head for the clip instead of the traditional style.

Day 20

As it is Australia Day today I decided to channel a slight 'Down Under' style by wearing a Koala jumper from a charity shop called Savers, it's like a giant clothes supermarket in Melbourne, with a woollen knitted skirt from Brick lane and my mum's black boots.
Happy Australia Day, See you tomorrow!

Day 19

Yesterday I built myself a new wardrobe, well a clothes rail in my sister's bedroom. I managed to fit 70 dresses on it however it is starting to collapse under the weight! Investment in an additional rail may be called for. I was wearing a 1980's bat-wing shirt with a fair-isle woollen cardigan both from a vintage sale in Hackney and an American Apparel skirt.

Roughly a quarter of my entire wardrobe!

A look of worry at the realisation of the amount of clothes I have

Day 17

I decided to wear trousers for the first time in a LONG time today. They are black-watch  pattern (originally Golfers trousers)from a charity shop in Melbourne. I paired this with a silk shirt that has a lace collar, the Arran cardigan again and a pair of tan brogues from Florence, Italy. Today was more of a slightly boyish look with the trousers and brogues but the big cardigan and silk shirt gave it a more dressed down, feminine feel.
See you tomorrow!
